How I won my satellite entry into the HeartLand Poker Tour ( HPT ) on PokerStars

hey guys ,

about 2 weeks ago i was fortunate to win an entry ( including flight/hotel ) into one the the Heartland Poker Tour tournaments being held in Black Hawk Colorado , here a nice pic of the mountains overlooking downtown

the seat only costed me about $25 so its hard to complain either way , what i have done here , to share with you loyal readers is a complete hand history of the ENTIRE tournament.

just to explain , i first played a $25 trny and there was about 25 players and for every $215 in the prizepool we each got awarded an entry to the qualifier or as well all know i can just un register and keep the $215 in tournament dollars to use anywhere on the pokerstars site for any tournament. my original plan was to do just that , and unregister , howver as game day approached i found myself looking for a trny to play and jumped right in with 22 other runners and hoping to finish in top 2 spots....

below i will post the hand history replayer and you can watch the action from the very first hand until the very final hand ,

heres a great clip from last nights episode of the jimmy fallon show , for those that dont know , jimmy fallon replaced conan obrien after conan took over jay leno's gig,

anyways , heres a clip where fallon is interviewing mark paul gosselaar, the dude who played zack on saved by the bell, anyways , he is interviewing him bec gosselaar has some sort of new tv show , but look at the way gosselaar decides to come out on stage , very funny , and nice flashback

Playing Alot Less ....

ive definitly been playing alot less , i find myself staying away from the cash tables , and just playing some tournaments , ....

Im definitely not going to las vegas at all during this years world series of poker , i was hoping to win myself a $12k wsop package and perhaps playing one or 2 of the smallish $1500 or $2k events . but even if i won the package i wouldnt be able to make it out to las vegas for too long.
