i was so upset at how bad i played this

pls tell me how bad i am , and how do i know when to slow play , i guess my check on the turn was my downfall , or perhaps not raising the flop bets ,

but would i have been called all the way down ?

I had just sat down at the table in the big blind , and folded all my hands preflop for about 6 hands until i got dealt KK , Besides for the SB and BB , there was also a new player who sat down and had to post a BB , I opened for a $35 raise and only the new player called me . Flop came all low , rainbow, non-connecting cards , i bet out another $60 and he comes over the top for $250 , I then Push and he shows a meager top pair (of eights) and a 3 kicker ....... whats wrong with these ppl!!!!!!!

Just lost 2k at the 5/10 tables....about $1200 was sort of bad beats...and 800 was just tilt and other assorted nonsense....

Im playing 5/10 no limit on pokerstars , minding my own business , waiting for high pocket pairs so i can take down smallish pots w/out too much risk , until this hand comes along, im dealt AK on the button and the typical shmuck raises to steal the blinds and instead of reraising i just flat call , flop is K high and he bets , i min raise and he pushes all in , I said to myself, if he has ACES then he's stacking me

Excellent Play Continues

My 'heater' has been lasting longer than I thought. I've been really confident in my cash game play lately. I played at Borgata yest and walked out a small winner after being down almost $600 , and I can honestly say that the 600 I was down was from just bad bad ,runner runner type beats. I didn't tilt , regained composure and was able to crawl back to a $300 profit.

I've been making big laydowns lately , with hands that in the past I would go down with the ship. My bluffs have been working and my stabs at pots have been successful. I don't wanna jinx myself so ill just stop patting myself on my back.

Sick Heater !!

I've been on a sick heater the last few days , I've been grinding a lot of 5/10 lately and have been having phenomenal results, I'm exceptionally proud of the big laydowns that I'm making post flop and even preflop, by laying down KK or AK , or my absolute worst JJ.

I just logged off now and booked a nice $700 win for the 1 hr I played. I'm up about 8.k this month and 3k of that alone in the last 7 days or so.

I hope to keep this up , I've also been playing some tournies and going pretty deep , but haven't gotten that big payday yet.

I had planned on trying to win a WSOP seat , but I haven't been taking it too seriously and have just been donking around step 1 and step 2 ( I use my fpp's to enter so those are free)

Im stoked , ive done really well at the tables recently , last night i played at a local game and walked out with $805 profit , and ive been grinding the 5/10 lately and been doing pretty well , im up about 7k for march , sick !!
