Sometimes I let Villain Bluff

heres a classic example of me knowing that i have the best hand preflop and after flop , but instead of leading out , i decide to check giving the illusion of weakness, but more important allowing my opponent the chance to bluff at it since i look weak , obv board texture is very important

and for u rss readers , heres another

http://www.pokerhand.org/?3463808

obv a flopped set beats me so im saving some money by keeping pot small and check calling , and it is hard for me to put him on an over pair , all in all , im happy with the way i played this

i played a short session today and im up $632 ,
$15k doesnt seem that far away , lol

i went to the gym today , did about 35 min of cardio , and played poker about 45 min afterwards ,
i feel that when i play after a workout it reallyhelps my game , im able to focus alot more , im going to try to continue this routine of playing after a workout

All the big names claim that being healthy is one key to their success. Maybe it's true. It can't hurt to try it. Good luck! I'm not heavy but I eat like a garbage dump and chain smoke so I suppose I could use some exercise. LOL.

I'm with you monster, trying it out wouldn't hurt. And we would get to benefit from it if it actually works. If a healthy diet and exercise promotes a better mindset, then maybe its true. But its better yet if we try it out for ourselves.
